Support SHU Men's Track and Field Team!

As proud members of the Sacred Heart University Men’s Track & Field team, we are participating in a campaign to raise critical funds for our program. Our team goal is to raise $10,000 and are kindly asking you to make a gift in support of SHU Men’s Track & Field.

Your gift will help ensure that our program has the necessary resources to compete at the highest level and provide key assistance for our operating budget. Your gift will also enable our team to purchase new equipment and help subsidize the costs of airfare, hotels, meals, and transportation. All of the above costs are instrumental in the success of our program.

Throughout our 24-year history, our track & field student-athletes have won 132 individual North East Conference (NEC) titles, 47 individual New England titles, and garnered nearly 500 individual “All-New England” honors. Our cross country and track & field programs have combined for 15 team NEC championships including 11 titles in the last three and a half years and produced three All-Americans.

For the second consecutive year, our athletics department was honored by the conference with the 2016 NEC Institutional Award for academic excellence. Perhaps more impressively, SHU Athletics became the first school ever to win the award in the same year that it won the Brenda Weare Commissioner's Cup, the conference's highest honor for overall athletic excellence. Highlighted by four NEC Championships on the women’s side, we won the Joan Martin Commissioner’s Cup for athletic excellence in women’s sports for the eighth time in ten seasons.

On behalf of our team and coaches here at Sacred Heart University, thank you so much for your generosity and support of SHU Track & Field. we are truly proud to represent this remarkable institution and have high expectations for the future of our program!
